Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all payments for non-tangible items (e.g., themes, templates, web design services, web hosting services, courses, and tutorials) are non-refundable. Once a product or service is delivered, refunds are not available.

2. Store Credit Issuance

If there are exceptional circumstances where a refund is considered, any approved refund will be provided in the form of store credit only. This store credit can be used solely within Tektove to purchase other products or services. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other account.

3. Eligibility for Store Credit

In specific cases, such as technical issues that prevent you from using a product as intended and if our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we may consider issuing store credit at our discretion. All store credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Store credit will be credited to your account within 3 business days after approval.
